One to One

If you need more privacy or have specific needs we can arrange one-to-one sessions with Cathy. You can bring up to two people with you.

Here some examples of people who have used the sessions:

• A couple had been to antenatal classes with the NHS but felt they still had more questions.
• A young teenager who didn't want to go to group classes came with her partner and her mum.
• A woman who had a caesarian section previously. She didn't want a course but wanted to know how to increase her chances of having a normal birth.

Home visits are available for anyone living in Leeds or Wakefield.

Cost: £45 per hour. £75 for a 2 hour session.
Most people will need one or two 2 hour sessions.
